Juniper Loves Broccoli



Given the choice between veggies and everything else, Juniper almost always chooses the carrots or broccoli first.

    I remember one of Aaron's favorite "casseroles" we called the enchanged broccoli forest casserole. It was from the original Moosewood cookbook and it baked with the Broccoli standing up lite little trees all over the top of the dish.
